Founded in 2020, Whitmer’s Property Maintenance started with a mower, a dream, and a whole lot of coffee. What began as a small, local lawn care service has grown into a full-scale property and tree care company serving Plant City and the surrounding areas—all powered by hard work, faith, and a family that never slows down (literally).

We’re a family-run business in every sense of the word. Jeremy runs the heavy equipment—and sometimes the show—while Kelsey keeps everything (and everyone) in line. Our three daughters are the unofficial “junior crew,” often seen “helping” run equipment, giving directions, and adding a little sass to the job site. Our black Lab, of course, supervises all operations from the shade.

Over the years, our little lawn business has grown to include landscaping, tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, land clearing, and full property maintenance—but our values haven’t changed. We still believe in doing quality work, treating customers like neighbors, and leaving every property better than we found it.
